Bhasha Dam might be delayed for another three years

Construction work on Bhasha Dam might take three years more to start as the donors agencies have their own way of work and long processes before transferring of funds for the project.
The already delayed and very important and need of the time project will give its fruits after not less than 15 years under the current circumstances. ADB is likely to provide a sum of $7-8 billion but that is not going to happen overnight and will take time. The total project cost is around $12 billion and the Dam will serve agriculture sector and power sector both as it would store water and will generate 4000 MW electricity.
