Who is behind Norwegian terror blasts?

Bomb blasts in Oslo and a nearby island have killed at least 87 people, a Norwegian police spokesman told AFP on Saturday.
One attack took place  at a youth camp on the island of Utoeya and seven others died in a powerful second bomb blast in central Oslo..
The attacker has been identified as a 32-year-old Norwegian. According to the TV2 channel, he has links to right-wing extremists and had two weapons registered in his own name.By appearance he is described by a police official as tall and blond.
“There was a lot of shooting … We hid under a bed. It was very terrifying,” a young woman at the camp told British Sky television. No group has clearly claimed responsibility.
Leader of main opposition party declared it a terror attack. Some analysts are pointing their fingers towards  Al Qaeda-linked or inspired groups.
Such attacks have taken place across Europe which have claimed several innocent lives. European countries are thinking about their immigration policies about Muslims that can create hardship for peaceful and civilized Muslims .
It must be pointed out here that peaceful moderate Muslims themselves especially Pakistanis are the worst victims of this terrorism.   They need help of the world to get the whole humanity out of this menace.
